Batteries are foundational for many of the technologies that will define the economies of the 21st century. However, global battery value chains are neither economically secure nor socially sustainable. What are the governance challenges facing this critical technology industry? How can governments and businesses in the Indo-Pacific collaborate to develop more resilient battery value chains?
